What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I was recently approached by a landlord with two medical spaces in two different locations that had been vacant for months. One was a fully built-out medical facility, and the other a vanilla shell. The landlord, who also does brokerage, was having a very hard time leasing these locations because of many factors.
