What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m proud to announce that I was promoted to principal at AKF. This achievement is particularly meaningful as it symbolizes the advancement of female leadership within our organization. I also successfully secured a substantial client for my firm resulting in multiple large-scale projects through this partnership.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Women in engineering should prioritize firms with inclusivity, mentorship, and shared values.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? I am inspired by leaders who know the importance of adding the human element to critical conversations. There is unlimited potential for achievement when a group of individuals with mutual respect can speak freely and informally.
