I’m also proud and excited to have diversified our portfolio, which now encompasses multifamily, hospitality, retail, and healthcare spaces. This evolution underscores our commitment to versatile and impactful design solutions.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Women in my industry should select firms that value talent over gender and that offer plenty of growth opportunities, mentorship and skill development.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My client Guggenheim Partners senior managing director and head of corporate real estate Lori LoPinto. She possesses unparalleled energy and expertise and treats everyone with equality and respect.
