What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? The office asset is looked down upon nowadays, as the banks and private investors deem it unstable. I recently facilitated the closing of a class A office building. I was able to assure the investor that based on the tenants, location and condition of the property, that it is a worthy investment.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Women entering a new firm should ascertain the working environment, payment structures and promotion structures. Most importantly, women should ensure that the company aligns with their values and goals.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mom! My mom raised nine children while working tirelessly to create a bridal gown business. She is my motivation and inspiration.
