Partner
Zetlin & De Chiara LLP

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I served as co-lead counsel defending a client in litigation related to the widely-publicized and tragic Champlain Towers South building collapse in Surfside, Florida. What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Choose a firm that encourages hands-on learning. I am grateful for early responsibility in highly complex cases, which shaped my ability to serve clients.

Why should this nominee be recognized in our Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight?

“Jaimee continuously devotes her time to the development of women in real estate and construction law, including through her appointments to the Board of CREWNY and as Chair of the Diversity Committee for the ABA Forum on Construction Law. She leads our firm’s DEI efforts, and provides invaluable associate mentorship.” - Michael Vardaro, Managing Partner at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? I am inspired daily by the commitment, integrity and overall excellence of my partners at Zetlin & De Chiara.
