Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices? Over the course of my career my father has been my biggest mentor. With nearly 30+ years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? As a young professional, I am very proud of being entrusted with the prime project management responsibility for the $36 million Braemar luxury assisted living ground-up development in Montebello, NY.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Launching our Sage Connected App throughout the portfolio, and at the same time launching our Sage Experience Guidelines, which are our brand operating standards.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One of my greatest accomplishments recently was the successful lease-up of 30 Kent St., a new luxury waterfront rental development in Greenpoint.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Time Equities is now actively involved in renewable energy investments, and I am proud to be part of the investment team. As director of sustainability, I have significantly expanded my knowledge of the energy markets and emerging technologies.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A couple of months ago I completed a 20,000 s/f deal for an immersive art experience at 529 Fifth Ave. called Wonderland Dreams. The space is hand-painted from floor to ceiling and spans two floors.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of founding TROT, a new flex space marketplace, in 2020. The proliferation of short-term rentals has been the most significant market shift in my 30-year real estate career.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The Opus Packaging transaction I worked on and closed this year. The 3-property industrial portfolio spanned two states in the Midwest and totaled over 500,000 s/f.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Refinancing Park Avenue Plaza for $575 million in October 2021. While the asset was 100% leased, BlackRock was vacating and leaving it 77% leased.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We executed 356-358 7^th Ave. off-market after a multitude of brokers from different firms had been pitching the deal for years. We brought a buyer to the table who had lost out on a deal a few blocks away.
