Yaron Cohen
Founder and CEO
Sharefront

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am very proud of launching a new co-retail platform called Sharefront, where we bring the most compatible on competing businesses together. We let brands share a store, story, customer, cost, compatibility and community in one prime retail location. We are making retail more accessible, affordable and scalable for businesses that range from F&B, service and retail.

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry?

To me there are three pillars that are the most important to retail and real estate.

1. Who you know, creating long lasting relationships with the right people.

2. What you know, you have to be an expert in your industry, by doing extensive research and attending conferences and events.

3. How to implement everything, when working on creating relationships and tasks, you have to focus on the your goals, and make sure to see things through.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Play basketball, and visit new stores and area’s around NYC.
