What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Penn 1, for which I am project manager, is a tremendous accomplishment. The repositioning of this 2 million s/f class A office tower in midtown Manhattan serves its tenants and community with three floors of amenities, 1+ acre of public plaza, new storefronts, and high performing triple-pane vision glass.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Something that always sticks with me is when a client or team member thanks me for the work I’ve put in, whether it’s the final product or coordination amongst the team. When people recognize the effort that I am putting into a project, my confidence and drive skyrocket.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I held a key role in the recent acquisition of our smaller firm, to become part of SWBR. Being the main operations manager with our smaller firm I had the knowledge of all pieces of the company (financials, legal, project management, graphics, and human resources).

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? TDF is about to close on a 200-bed transitional housing facility. As a society, I believe we tend to underestimate the power of housing and housing stability.
