What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? This year, North Bridge won PACENation’s PACESetter Award for Innovative Deal of The Year for The Battery in Philadelphia. We partnered with the developer to structure a $26.6M C-PACE loan to enable completion of this landmark mixed-used conversion.

Adaptive reuse initiatives are a special focus for our firm, and over the course of 30+ years we’ve converted dozens of historic structures throughout New York

I’ve had many deals this year that I’m proud of, including representing a mezzanine lender in the origination of $1.2 billion in mortgage and mezzanine loans for a research and development project in San Diego, CA, as well as restructuring and exercising remedies

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the restoration and redevelopment of 11 East 26^th St. The new entry, amenities, and roof terrace preserve the classic elements of the building while preparing this boutique asset for modern tenancy.
