What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why?

Some of my proudest moments are when I successfully close out the financial side of big jobs, like 149 Madison, Warner Bros., and 360 Park Ave. South. There were some of Reidy Contracting’s largest projects at the time of completion. With so many moving parts, the coordination was complex, but seeing them finalized was very satisfying. Knowing I contributed to projects that elevated RCG, broadened our market, and helped secure higher-level clients makes me proud to be part of the company’s continued growth.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Confidence is key! It’s easy to feel out of place in a male-dominated industry, but you belong here. Stand your ground, know your worth, and own your space — women in construction are a force to be reckoned with. Not just in construction and real estate, but in every field — confidence and self-belief will carry you far.
