What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why?

An office space at 1350 Avenue of the Americas was my most rewarding project to date. It was a dynamic build with unique features and a fast-paced schedule. Frequent changes required quick thinking and adaptability, while the financial closeout process tested my precision and persistence. Successfully delivering this project was a valuable experience that strengthened my problem-solving skills and confidence under pressure.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Confidence in your own knowledge is everything, especially as a young woman in this industry. Show that you know your stuff — be prepared, be factual, and pay attention to the details, because details don’t lie. Standing firm on accurate information not only builds credibility but also earns lasting respect.
