What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I worked with partner Nina Roket representing JEMB Realty Corp. in connection with their acquisition loan from AIG for the acquisition of Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for $170 million.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of our incredible team of over 200 that have adapted to an ever-changing healthcare climate with grace, while simultaneously ensuring each of our residents have a loving, nurturing and caring place to call “home” each and every day.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? During a time where companies are struggling to re-engage with their industries following the pandemic, I have been able to provide the necessary financial and emotional support in order to make smart and long-term investments that are designed to help these companies grow during these uncertain times.

We’re currently working with Taconic Partners, one of the leading life science real estate developers in New York, at the Hudson Research Center on the West Side of Manhattan as part of their larger vision to create a state-of-the-art research hub.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent transaction in which I am proud of is brokering a corner residential development site located at 40-44 24th St. in Long Island City for $10.37 million. Michael Ferrara and I represented both the seller and buyer in this off-market transaction.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One of my first projects as a design engineer was a 30-story concrete building in a high seismic zone.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I led BEB Capital’s lease agreement with Krystal Fruits & Vegetables, which was one of the largest industrial lease transactions of 2022 in Long Island.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I, with others at Fried Frank, represent Tishman Speyer as master developer for the 178-acre Hazelwood Green site in Pittsburgh.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of our team’s recent work at NYCHA PACT Linden-Penn Wortman. Through the program, our team is currently rehabilitating 1,922 units of public housing units across 24 buildings and four city blocks in East New York Brooklyn.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Every successful project has solid teamwork behind it. At KBE-NY, we believe the project team’s everyday efforts — demonstrating dedication, loyalty, and our other core values — is what leads to great projects.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? It would have to be working for a development firm, Tredway, that constantly aims to raise the bar while making a tangible and positive impact.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 2021 was the fastest rent growth that the US has seen. It spurred us to gut and rebuild our forecasting models for market rental growth.
