What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In 2020, I was the lead associate representing Edward J. Minskoff Equities in a major multi-floor lease of approximately 120,000 s/f of space in midtown. This was an exciting transaction to be a part of, as it was one of the largest leases executed at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we negotiated many issues of first impression necessitated by the pandemic.
