What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent project that I am most proud of is 3Eleven, Manhattan’s largest new luxury multifamily building with 938 apartments (703 market rate and 235 affordable units) as well as 60,000 s/f of amenity spaces.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In April of 2022 I closed on The Lakes at Collier Commons in Land O Lakes, FL. This was a beautiful 2004 vintage property consisting of 252 units.
