2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Michelle Lala, RM Friedland

Michelle Lala
Senior Associate
RM Friedland

Number of years at firm: 5

One thing on my bucket list: To travel to Italy with my entire family!

When I am not working, I am: I am working out on the Peloton or hanging out with friends and family.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A transaction I am most proud of was a deal we sold in the Bronx on Taylor Ave. This deal came with a few hurdles and were we able to find the right buyer that could navigate through these issues. We helped guide the seller throughout the whole process into a very happy exit from the property that the family had lived in for decades. Being a source of guidance to our clients during tough decisions is something I am always proud and honored to do.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

Michelle is the behind-the-scenes lifeblood of Team Lala. She is proactive in everything she does, energetic, and tireless in her pursuit of success for her team.” - Sarah Jones-Maturo, President at RM Friedland
