2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: David Frattaroli, Cushman & Wakefield

David Frattaroli
Marketing Specialist
Cushman & Wakefield

Number of years at firm: 1

One thing on my bucket list: Travel through Europe

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I have been most proud of my efforts, in conjunction with our industrial team, to help market Venture One’s industrial spec development properties in Long Island, as well as Wildflower’s developments in Medford and Brookhaven. Being able to work alongside our decorated industrial team, and institutional clients has been a privilege, and an experience I would like to continue.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

Since joining the Melville office, David has fully undertaken all marketing responsibilities from business development opportunities to property marketing, team materials, and more. Not only can David work behind the scenes to make our brokers look professional, but he is also trusted by brokers to maintain direct communication and support to institutional clientele. David’s ability to collaborate with brokers not only streamlines marketing efforts, but contributes to the overall hardworking and healthy culture of the office.” - Joseph Caridi, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield
