What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent project that I am most proud of is 3Eleven, Manhattan’s largest new luxury multifamily building with 938 apartments (703 market rate and 235 affordable units) as well as 60,000 s/f of amenity spaces.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I consider playing a big part in the design of new David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center my biggest recent achievement. The project achieved the highest score as LEED v4 BD+C Platinum project in NY and is on track to achieve Net Zero energy.

Number of years at firm: 6 One thing on my bucket list: Personally, the item that stands out most on my bucket list is the desire to travel – I have a list of over 50 countries that I’m still interested in visiting. Learning their unique cultural insights, exports, and nuances while experimenting with language is a personal passion of mine, and I’m fascinated by the process of learning about different cultures in truly authentic ways.

To build a deeper understanding and appreciation for different walks of life, a well-positioned itinerary should include visits to both developed and developing countries.
