Vin Krstic
Associate
The Raisner Group

Number of years at firm: 3

One thing on my bucket list: Keep developing relationship with local vendors, supplier and talent in order to deepen our company’s involvement in North Central Brooklyn.

When I am not working, I am: in the gym

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I joined The Raisner Group first as an intern when I was attending the real estate program of NYU Shack. Upon this, I am proud to have developed expertise in coordinating all aspects of the functioning of a local Brooklyn real estate investment firm, over several years: overseeing all property managers we use, overseeing construction jobs and contractors, leasing, as well as assisting with investor reporting and the overall functioning of the business.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Vin joined us in mid-2020 upon the end of the COVID-19 lockdown. He was instrumental in assisting the company navigate through the challenges of the time. He was equally key in enabling our growth when the company doubled-down on Brooklyn and the post-pandemic New York rebound and acquired numerous properties.” - Remy Raisner, Founder & CEO at The Raisner Group
