Project Manager
Rochester’s Cornerstone Group

One thing on my bucket list: Experience every culture in the world.

When I am not working, I am: Traveling, volunteering, and reading.

Marketplace emphasizes the trend of decline in retail and rise in housing. The Marketplace Mall was on the decline and that warranted the mall to diversify the uses within its campus. University of Rochester launched its brand-new orthopedics center to serve as a mecca for orthopedic surgery and treatment within the mall. Marketplace Senior is part of this mall’s transformation allowing senior residents access to healthcare, retail, restaurants, and public transportation within a few feet. The building is under construction and expected to be completed in 2024.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

He’s truly a rising star both at Cornerstone and in the real estate industry.” - Ryan Brandt, VP of Development at Rochester’s Cornerstone Group
