What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? This past year I’m most proud of the multiple transactions I help secure on behalf of Jax Media, including their 26,000 s/f headquarters relocation to 120 Wall St. and, most recently, a 50,000 s/f sublease (and renewal) at 787 Seventh Ave.
