The articles turn up regularly in Google searches on the topic. I have gotten several clients from referring attorneys who read those articles online, even all these years later.
How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry? NYREJ has broadened my view into the New York real estate market’s events and trends. As a litigator who tends to focus on cases in select areas of the industry, NYREJ has become a key resource for following developments in other types of cases.
When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time? I became aware of NYREJ when I started out in commercial real estate back in 2004 at Newmark as an associate retail broker. I found it to be a valuable source of news as I was transitioning from nightlife to real estate and immersing myself in all facets of the industry.
