How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry? NYREJ has given me a platform to share some experiences in the industry and practical ways to resolve legal issues that arise. I am continually surprised by people in the industry who mention to me that they saw some of my columns.

When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time? It was 2014 and I had just made the move from teaching to my first marketing and communications role at Lendlease. Most memorable “15 minutes of fame” in NYREJ: Back in 2014, our firm brought on a large group of professionals from a firm called Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross. Most memorable “15 minutes of fame” in NYREJ: My most memorable 15 minutes of fame came in March of 2022 when NYREJ had highlighted my sale of two lots on 27^th St. in Hunters Point, prime Long Island City. I had sold the lots for $10.5 million with a quick closing

How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry? Being named a 2023 “Commercial Real Estate Visionary” by the New York Real Estate Journal was a pivotal moment for both me and ANAX Real Estate Partners. Having launched ANAX in 2022, this recognition elevated our brand awareness within the industry and among our peers

How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry? I started writing a monthly article for the NYREJ over 20 years ago. My goal was and is to educate agents new to commercial and investment brokerage and serve as a review of basics for existing practitioners.

When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time? I believe I met Kristine Wolf and was introduced to NYREJ in 2012, I was active with AREW on the board as co-director of sponsorship (now CREW) and it was fantastic to meet someone who was doing so much to support women in the industry.

When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time? Capitol Fire Sprinkler has been in business since 1952, so NYREJ has been an industry must-read for us since its inception 35 years ago.

I discovered NYREJ in 2011, when SMM Advertising gained a new client in the CRE business and started running advertising campaigns on their behalf to market various commercial properties they were offering for sale or auction.
