What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

For women considering a career in commercial real estate, the first step I recommend is to reach out and talk to people in the industry. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, be curious, and look to your network of friends, family, and colleagues for resources. Have confidence in yourself and your achievements, and apply your experience to help create a lasting connection.
