What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

It is essential to have elasticity, whether it’s being able to adapt to market trends and tendencies or your clients’ change in needs. Being prepared to move quickly when there’s a market shift gives you the durability for growth and success in the industry. Your ability to be elastic will be a crucial component to connect businesses with the best real estate solutions.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

For women considering a career in commercial real estate, the first step I recommend is to reach out and talk to people in the industry. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, be curious, and look to your network of friends, family, and colleagues for resources. Have confidence in yourself and your achievements, and apply your experience to help create a lasting connection. Building a network you can rely on and continue to grow is a significant component in commercial real estate.

Take that first step by reaching out and initiating a conversation with industry role models and leaders!
