What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

An essential and sometimes forgotten quality for success in today’s world is compassion. Being genuinely understanding and empathetic toward the people around you not only builds trust, but also creates a more positive and supportive work environment. Whether working with colleagues, clients, or customers, showing compassion can lead to stronger relationships, better teamwork and ultimately, greater success.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

My advice to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate would be to stay confident and never feel like she has to change who she is in order to succeed. This field can be challenging, and at times, it may feel like you have to be tough to earn respect- - but strength doesn’t mean sacrificing kindness. It’s entirely possible to be a strong leader while still showing compassion, empathy, and authenticity. These qualities are not weaknesses- - they’re powerful tools for leadership and success.
