Randy is an innovator and market-leader in C-PACE, a non-traditional loan product that provides long-term, low-cost financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements for commercial buildings, making green energy upgrades more accessible.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  Particularly the purchase of five properties that includes laundromats that we will operate.

Pat uses both her public and private sector experience to streamline the development process for municipal clients and beyond. Pat has shepherded parks, libraries, utilities, infrastructure projects, and more from conception to completion, expertly meeting the needs of both H2M’s clients and the communities in which they are building.

John developed a refreshed synergistic vision and approach in forming the BD/marketing team, with our core values of quality, integrity, resiliency, and relationships. This ensures the industry knows what we stand for, not just what we do. These values drive internal communications, brand exposure, networking, and project pursuits, all with client-focused priority.

In addition to growing Ariel’s presence in Manhattan, Mike is spearheading efforts to expand the firms’ work with diverse faith-based organizations across NYC. He advises such groups on how real estate can be maximized to best serve their missions, be it through ground leases, joint ventures or strategic dispositions.
