What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Recently launching a woman-owned real estate focused executive search, recruiting and consulting firm.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’ve only been with Elliman since the summer and I’ve been able to generate a substantial pipeline here, as well as establish myself in the industrial sector.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My most recent accomplishment is winning a NCAA Lacrosse National Championship with The University of Tampa. We completed the season undefeated, however, it did not come easy as we faced a tremendous amount of adversity.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In October 2022 we sold a $17 million building in Clinton Hill. The building was converted from industrial to luxury rentals

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry? 1. Reliability: Always making myself available to my clients.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We developed Hubbard Springs Apartments, a 72-unit mixed-income community in the Town of Chili which also contains units for persons with physical disabilities.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? On October 1, 2022, Koeppel Martone & Leistman, L.L.C. joined Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. I was thrilled to join FDT as a partner. I am proud to be part of the largest tax certiorari practice in New York.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I worked with partner Nina Roket representing JEMB Realty Corp. in connection with their acquisition loan from AIG for the acquisition of Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for $170 million.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of our incredible team of over 200 that have adapted to an ever-changing healthcare climate with grace, while simultaneously ensuring each of our residents have a loving, nurturing and caring place to call “home” each and every day.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? During a time where companies are struggling to re-engage with their industries following the pandemic, I have been able to provide the necessary financial and emotional support in order to make smart and long-term investments that are designed to help these companies grow during these uncertain times.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We’re currently working with Taconic Partners, one of the leading life science real estate developers in New York, at the Hudson Research Center on the West Side of Manhattan as part of their larger vision to create a state-of-the-art research hub.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent transaction in which I am proud of is brokering a corner residential development site located at 40-44 24^th St. in Long Island City for $10.37 million. Michael Ferrara and I represented both the seller and buyer in this off-market transaction.
