What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? As part of a global, data-driven workplace strategy for Moody’s, we designed and implemented a new workplace focused on “Purpose First” for their New York City headquarters that provides a highly flexible and engaging alternative to traditional offices, thus re-aligning this financial services firm’s real estate strategy.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? Advising corporations on how to provide what their teams need to be healthy, safe, and engaged in the workplace will continue to be especially important in 2024. Partnering with client organizations to develop strategies for the right real estate investment is going to continue to be critical as both the workplace experience and use of technology evolve.
