What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? Vista Skywall Systems is installing the building façade for 90Ninety, a new major mixed-income development in Jamaica, Queens. For this multi-million dollar residential project, Vista sourced, supplied, and is installing nearly 250,000 s/f of window wall systems, windows, balcony doors, storefront, aluminum façade panels, and many other materials.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? We are seeing window wall used in lieu of curtain wall as designers strive to balance competing demands of cost, ease of installation, and energy efficiency with aesthetics and the daylighting benefits of larger window openings. Window wall offers many advantages for building owners and is growing in popularity.
