What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? Recognizing the growing need for centralization among the labor and supply shortages, Plentific successfully launched two new modules – compliance management and planned maintenance – that are key in helping to increase resident satisfaction and revenue and reduce strain on building staff.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? We will absolutely see a deeper investment in artificial intelligence especially as the ecosystem of tools poised to come out of existing AI platforms grows. This new cache of tools, created from need, leverages the basic tenets of AI and allows us to discover its unexplored capabilities.
