Picco named a senior VP by CresaPartners

CresaPartners has appointed Gerard Picco as senior VP of its New York office. A real estate veteran with 25 years of experience, he was most recently was regional managing director of Mohr Partners. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Edward S. Gordon Co., Inc., and U.S. Trust Co. of New York. He has a range of experience, including commercial tenant advisory, leasing, investment sales and leasebacks, portfolio management and portfolio value engineering. He has represented the real estate interests of many local, national and international businesses and Fortune 500 companies, including L-3 Communications, Terex, Source Interlink, U.S. Legal Support Inc., and Banco Popular, NA. "Gerard's extensive and varied background in corporate real estate make him a tremendous resource for his clients," said Marcus Rayner, principal and executive vVP of CresaPartners. "That background, combined with his hands-on approach to problem solving and his ability to think strategically, make him a great asset to our New York team." Picco is a member of Financial Executives International, CoreNet Global, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and the New-York Historical Society. He graduated from the State College of New York, Fredonia College, with a Bachelor of Arts.
