Kelman Winston & Vallone PC relocates to newly built office space on the 14th floor of 520 Eighth Ave.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate said that New York-based law firm Kelman Winston & Vallone PC has signed a five-year, four-month lease for 2,695 s/f on the 14th floor of 520 Eighth Ave.

Kelman Winston & Vallone will relocate from to newly improved office space on the 14th floor, previously occupied by LightbulbLive. The move will provide the firm with upgraded office space while allowing it to remain at 520 Eighth Ave.

“Kelman Winston & Vallone is another example of the diverse mix of professional firms choosing 520 Eighth Ave. for its central location, efficient floor plates and long-term value,” said Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate. “The building continues to attract tenants looking for well-located office space with ownership committed to investing in the tenant experience.”

GFP Real Estate was represented in-house by Mandell. The tenant was represented by Steve Haas of Norman Bobrow & Company.

Located in the Penn District, 520 Eighth Ave. is one of the city’s premier office buildings for nonprofit organizations, home to a diverse community of mission-driven institutions alongside law firms, professional services companies and other commercial tenants. The transaction further reinforces the property’s appeal to organizations seeking a centrally located, transit-oriented office environment with long-term ownership and on-site management.

Built in 1926, 520 Eighth Ave. is a 26-story office tower comprising more than 860,000 s/f of office space. The property is located steps from Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall, the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the A, C, E, 1, 2 and 3 subway lines, providing tenants with exceptional accessibility throughout the region.
