Newman and Zaccagnino of W&M lease 2,514 s/f

Edelman Financial Services, LLC has leased 2,514 s/f on the 12th floor of Ten Bank St. The Fairfax, Va.-based firm will take occupancy of the space in the fall, for a term of five years. W&M Construction will build out the space for the new tenant. Jeffrey Newman, executive VP, and Kimberly Zaccagnino, senior leasing associate, of W&M Properties represented the landlord. The CBRE team of Ian Ceppos, Brandon Clarke and Charles Gordon represented the tenant. "We are pleased to be able to provide our New York area suburban clients with a centrally located regional office," said Ric Edelman, chairman and CEO of Edelman Financial Services. "Our new office at Ten Bank St. provides a comfortable, secure and state-of-the-art space, with easy access by car and mass transit. The property's quality reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality advice and service to our clients, and we look forward to serving the residents of White Plains for years to come."
