2nd Annual RealShare Summit to be held Sept. 10 in New York City

Real Estate Media, Real Estate Forum and RealShare Conference Series will hold the 2nd Annual RealShare Investment & Finance Summit, Sept.10 at the Roosevelt Hotel. The summit will bring together leading buyers, sellers and intermediaries. With speakers including: Stephen Quazzo, CEO, Transwestern Investment Co.; Michael Fascitelli, president & trustee, Vornado Realty Trust; Roy Lapidus, managing director, Goldman Sachs; Randy Reiff, managing director, JP Morgan; Steve Felix, founder, The Bridge; Jeff DeBoer, president & CEO, The Real Estate Roundtable, the summit will tackle some of the industry's concerns.   A featured panel is the "Opportunity Fund Power Panel," moderated by Schulte Roth & Zabel's Jeffrey Lenobel. In another panel, "Will Foreign Equity Investors Become the New Buyer of Choice," is moderated by Bradley Olsen, president, Atlantic Partners. In the "Investor Power Panel: Is It Safe to Get Back in the Water" session, Steve Pumper, executive managing director of Transwestern will raise questions on investor's minds in this low-leverage and challenging cycle. In the "Finance Power Panel: Dislocation Creates Opportunity--Who Will Fill the $$$ Void for the Next 18 Months," session, Cliff Mendelson, senior managing director of Transwestern will raise questions from the lenders perspective. DeBoer will offer a "View from Washington - What's at Stake for Real Estate Today and Tomorrow." DeBoer will offer insight and analysis on the presidential election and the nation's economic outlook, tying it all to the outlook for commercial real estate.
