Adams & Co. Real Estate brokers two lease renewals totaling 23,650 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered two renewal leases consisting of 23,650 s/f: a 10-year, 13,698 s/f renewal for retail tenant, Columbia Omni Corp. at 10 West 33rd St. and a 10-year, 9,952 s/f renewal for New York University (NYU) Hospitals Center at 317 East 34th St. Columbia is a retailer of art supplies, office products and printing materials. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. 10 West 33rd St. is a 12-story property that is also known as the Fashion Accessories Center. Tenants include Steve Madden Accessories, Barganza and Rosetti Handbags. Other retail tenants include Jim Hanley's Universe and Spa Sol. NYU Hospitals Center provides offices for clinical medical practices. Levy and Martin Roman of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. 317 West 34th St. has 12 stories. The property is also known as the Medical Arts Center. Tenants include Murray Hill Medical Group, the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction and The Laser Foundation.
