First Solar, Inc. has just completed a lease transaction to open its first official New York headquarters.
As brokered by The Vortex Group, LLC, the lease places the Phoenix based First Solar in 24,400 s/f on the 44th floor, space facing southwest, that began as a 6,000 s/f requirement at the end of last year, and grew by 400% by the time the lease was recently concluded.
Representing First Solar from Vortex were: Frederick Kane Marek, president and Michael Moriarty.
