Walsh joins Adams & Co. Real Estate as assistant director of operations

According to Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, Kenneth Walsh, Jr. has joined the company as assistant director of operations. "This is an exciting time in the property management industry and I am happy to be back on the team at Adams & Co.," said Walsh. "The company's record of success in client retention and its range of services that go above and beyond make it an ideal place to hone my skills and continue my endeavors in the real estate profession." Walsh, a fourth generation real estate professional, originally began his career with Adams & Co. working his way through every level of building staff including a two-year stint as superintendent of 34 W. 33rd St. For the last several years, Walsh has acted as property manager at Vornado Realty Trust. Notable buildings Walsh managed include 20 Broad St., home of the New York Stock Exchange, 40 Fulton St. and 1740 Broadway. Walsh received a degree in business from St. Michaels College and has a commercial property management designation from IREM. "We are happy to have Kenneth Walsh Jr. rejoining our company," said James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. "He has gained a tremendous amount of experience in the real estate industry over the last several years and his expertise will be invaluable to our clients and business."
