According to Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, Kenneth Walsh, Jr. has joined the company as assistant director of operations.

Walsh, a fourth generation real estate professional, originally began his career with Adams & Co. working his way through every level of building staff including a two-year stint as superintendent of 34 W. 33rd St. For the last several years, Walsh has acted as property manager at Vornado Realty Trust. Notable buildings Walsh managed include 20 Broad St., home of the New York Stock Exchange, 40 Fulton St. and 1740 Broadway. Walsh received a degree in business from St. Michaels College and has a commercial property management designation from IREM.
