Giscombe Realty Group brokered the seven-year lease at 111 West 125th St. The non-profit group has taken 1,734 s/f on the second floor of the landmark that was built in 1913.
The Bearden Group is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Romare Bearden, a notable African-American artist.
Maxine Simmons of Giscombe represented the Bearden Foundation. Rand Pear, CBRE, represented the landlord, the Goldman family.
