Thru the Lens: Savitt Partners unveils renovated spaces at 218 West 40th St.

Manhattan, NY More than 300 brokers from some of the real estate industry’s top firms joined Savitt Partners at a luncheon event unveiling the newly renovated marble main lobby entrance and elevators, as well as the pre-built office space on the second floor of 218 West 40th St.

Located on West 40th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues and diagonally across from The New York Times’ headquarters, 218 West 40th St. is 12-story, 166,000 s/f boutique office along the newly rejuvenated 8th Ave.e corridor. Just a few steps from Times Square, the Fashion District and Bryant Park, the building offers tenants adaptable open layouts on full floors with up to 14,000 s/f of space. Free People, Urban Outfitters and Avery Dennison are among the building’s leading tenants.

The 13,750 s/ft second floor, pre-built office space has windows on two sides for great natural night, glass offices and conference rooms along with a pantry and updated bathrooms.
