Newburgh, NY According to Royal Properties Inc., the firm has completed four leases totaling 4,090 s/f:

Shrub Oak Plaza,
1410 East Main Street - Shrub Oak, NY

• Wise Guys Barber Shop signed a three-year lease with a three-year option for 910 s/f in Shrub Oak Plaza at 1410 East Main St. in Shrub Oak.  Wise Guys Barber Shop took the space next to JV Bagel and joined other co-tenants such as A Tavola Ristorante & Pizzeria, Meme’s Teats Bakery, Oak Nails and United Marital Arts Centers. Scott Meshil and Craig Benson of Royal represented the tenant and landlord.

• uBreakiFix has signed a long-term lease for 700 s/f at 64 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains. Benson and David Landes of Royal represented the retailer. 

• The Banh Mi Shop has signed a 10-year lease for 700 s/f at 148B Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains. The Banh Mi Shop provides authentic Vietnamese food and healthy cooking at a reasonable price. Benson represented the retailer.

• Domino’s signed a 10-year lease with 4-5 year options for 1,780 s/f in Shop Rite Plaza at 88 North Plank Rd. Domino’s took over the former freestanding Bank of America in the 55,000 s/f Shop Rite anchored center.
