One achievement I am most proud of is the successful restructuring of KINGS Capital Construction Group’s infrastructure

JLC is currently working on two high rise re-stacking projects for the United Nations and while we have done many projects our firm is proud of, we are very excited to be bringing modernity to these older office towers.

There is no “one size fits all” approach to advising clients.
What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? One project I’m most proud of is the Dealertrack headquarters in New Hyde Park, NY. This fast-track, built-to-suit lease was completed in just three weeks, right before COVID hit.
What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? The project I’m most proud of is the Cornell Tech Roosevelt Island campus. I was part of the design team for the central utility plant, which provides power to the rest of the buildings on the campus.

I had the opportunity to manage the full construction of an affordable housing project in the South Bronx. We were able to elevate it from the traditional affordable housing project with community-focused amenities and a modern, welcoming lobby.
