We’re specialists: architects and engineers who dedicated our careers to the design and rehabilitation of building exteriors. I’m a fan of this company and its people, and, like any fan, I want more people to know about us.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of building Parity into a platform and service that helps real estate owners turn building operations into measurable performance. We’ve scaled to more than 100 million s/f of managed real estate, helping clients simultaneously reduce energy waste, lower operating costs, generate net-new revenue and improve compliance readiness

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? One of my proudest achievements was uniting legal teams across the UK, Middle East, and U.S. to support a renewable energy client. Despite differing systems, time zones, and cultures, I built a cohesive, high-performing team focused on a shared goal.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization? I enjoy working with the young professionals in our group. Helping them to learn and succeed is important to me as they represent the future of our industry. I’m grateful for the opportunity to assist them in their career journey as so many others have done for me throughout my professional development.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? One thing I’m proud of is setting up a structured and automated way for us to find and reach the right people. I brought together various industry tools and automation workflows to make outreach both less manual and more targeted and impactful.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of delivering consistent, execution-driven results for clients through disciplined pricing and strategic positioning. I’ve closed over $200 million in sales with $90 million in 2026 activity and receive consistent accolades from colleagues, clients, and industry publications as a result of that success.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of helping drive the national expansion of a leading childcare brand by securing multiple high-quality sites across the country aligned with their long-term growth strategy. The focus has been on identifying the right opportunities and structuring each deal for long-term success.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization? It takes time to understand each individual with the intention of helping new brokers or protégés. Inspiring and mentoring new hires involves fostering an environment of support for continuous growth, establishing a clear vision, leading by example, and setting up a structured plan for them to follow.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization? I hire from the communities we serve and give people real responsibility early. Every engineer on my team works directly with regulators, clients, and contractors from day one. I do not believe in years of busywork before someone earns a seat at the table.

What is one major challenge you’ve overcome as a leader, and what did it teach you? One challenge I continue to work through is learning to delegate and truly empower the team, rather than getting pulled into the weeds. As a newly appointed CEO of a relatively lean organization, there are constant demands on my attention across multiple projects.
