What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work this year has been continuing to expand The Learning Experience’s national growth. Every successful location represents far more than a real estate transaction, it creates jobs, supports working families, and provides children with a safe place to learn and grow. Knowing that each project positively impacts an entire community is what makes this work meaningful. It’s rewarding to help developers, franchisees, and communities all succeed through one project.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women entering commercial real estate?

Never underestimate the value of becoming an expert. Confidence doesn’t come from talking the loudest, it comes from knowing your market, your numbers, and your value. Build a reputation for being prepared, reliable, and solution-oriented. Real estate is a relationship business, and trust is your greatest asset. Opportunities will come and go, but credibility is what opens doors for an entire career.
