What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of leading the full Yardi conversion across our New York portfolio, covering over 59,000 units and 360 buildings. When external consultants exited midway, I took full ownership and led the effort internally through completion.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization? I believe mentorship is a daily practice. I develop people through the work — giving them responsibility, exposure to clients, and clear expectations.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? Handling the firm’s real estate matters, including the renewal of Davis Polk’s New York office lease as well as overseeing the build-out of plans, lease executions and space initiatives for the firm across our office locations.

Patchougue, NY EW Howell Construction Group is underway on the NYU Langone Health Patchogue Ambulatory Surgical Center project. Located on Main St., this new center was previously the home of the BeeHive, the Mid-Island Department Store, and most recently, Burlington Coat Factory.

Hicksville, NY Alpine Residential Hicksville is a 236,000 s/f, four-story mixed-use development located at 99 Newbridge Rd. The project includes 189 residential units, amenity spaces, multiple ground-floor retail spaces, and two levels of sub-grade parking.
