Manhattan, NY Avison Young’s Brandon Polakoff, James Nelson and Charles Kingsley arranged the $63 million sale of a Hudson Sq. development site, which features 125,900 buildable s/f as-of-right and 226 ft. of wraparound frontage, located at 68-76 King St. on behalf of the seller. The buyer, Avdoo, plans to build a high-end residential project on the site, which features a six-story, 68,476 s/f office building.

Rye Brook, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, completed the retail lease-up of 215 South Ridge St. The landlord and tenant was represented by Garry Klein, regional manager of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.

Hempstead, NY Hudson Valley Property Group (HVPG) acquired 100 Terrace Apartments, a 420-unit affordable housing property located at 100 Terrace Ave. The acquisition marks HVPG’s first property in Nassau County and expands the firm’s presence on Long Island, where it also operates a property in Suffolk County. To date, HVPG has preserved 2,300 units of affordable housing throughout state and city.

Manhattan, NY Jonata Dayan, executive vice president of commercial co-op and condo sales, and Jeffrey Zund, executive director/head of leasing of Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, represented the owner of Liberty Bagels in the purchase of 5 East 47th St. for $9.4 million.

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 16,051 s/f lease on behalf of owner and occupier Sullivan & Cromwell at 125 Broad St. Newly formed law firm Harris Trzaskoma, LLP will open its headquarters on a portion of the 10th floor.

Brentwood, NY NAI Long Island, an office of NAI Global, disclosed that Mario Vigliotta facilitated the sale of a 15,000 s/f office building located at 55 2nd Ave. on behalf of the seller, 157 Cliff Road Partners, LLC. The buyer, Tempwork Staffing Solutions, was represented by Nick Evangelista of New York Space Finders Inc.
