The deal was brokered by Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord Benchmark Port Chester LLC.
The leased space will serve as a post-production hub for Apple Studios, further strengthening the presence of media/entertainment operations in Westchester County.
