Detres and Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial lease post-production space to Apple Studios at 14–20 Willet Ave.
Port Chester, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has leased 3,108 s/f to Apple Studios at 14–20 Willet Ave.
The deal was brokered by Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord Benchmark Port Chester LLC.
The leased space will serve as a post-production hub for Apple Studios, further strengthening the presence of media/entertainment operations in Westchester County.
Houlihan Lawrence Commercial exclusively represents the office spaces at 14-20 Willet Ave.
Located in a developing neighborhood, the area is undergoing transformation, with over 2,500 new apartments in development, reflecting investment and growth in the community. Additionally, the property is located near the Metro-North train station and a Bee-Line bus stop.
