
Manhattan, NY Fast-casual newcomer Doner Thyme has signed its first-ever lease, a flagship location at 732 Seventh Ave. bringing what the brand calls a “Modern Turkish street food experience in New York” to one of the city’s busiest corridors.
The restaurant will span 1,300 s/f.
Doner Thyme is introducing authentic Turkish döner with a fresh, modern twist serving fast, fresh, and flavorful wraps, bowls, and house-made sauces aimed squarely at Times Square’s nonstop flow of tourists, commuters, and office workers.
This marks Doner Thyme’s first-ever location, serving as the brand’s flagship, with plans already underway to expand across the U.S.
The deal was brokered by Louis Franco and Jack Hurley of Isa Realty Group, who represented the tenant and the landlord.
