What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?
Being named director of our firm towards the end of 2018 was a monumental accomplishment in my career. I started here at Westbridge when the firm was literally one month old, and I had minimal knowledge of the industry.
What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?
I recently joined the industry seven months ago and have successfully completed 18 retail lease transactions. This accomplishment motivates me and I am looking forward to filling up many more vacant spaces in the area.

The principals at Design Republic – the way they have created a positive and inclusive culture is amazing. Each employee is empowered and able to make quick decisions and is supported by management. Who or what do you attribute to your success?
Work ethic. Not one successful entrepreneur has ever advanced their business without hard work and dedication to honing their craft. This goes hand in hand with remaining humble, removing ego, and having a “student of the game” attitude at all times.

Having grown up in the industry, I was greatly influenced by my father. But at HSP, I have had incredible mentors, too. John Monaco, EVP, is guiding me on the ins-and-outs of owner representation. I also have had to privilege to learn from an industry great, Ira Fishman.
