What is your favorite motivational quote?
“Never, Ever, Give Up” ~ Winston Churchill. In this current retail climate I find this quote to be helpful during difficult negotiations. There is always a solution to get a deal done. 

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? 
“Think before you speak,” ~ My mother. This piece of advice can not only be applied to my career but to all walks of life. There are many people who are often reactive when it is more beneficial to consider all options than impart your own wisdom. 

What was one of your biggest accomplishments in the last 12 months? }
Transitioning to SCG Retail after 12 years in retail has been a welcome advancement in my career.
