Being proactive. In most work environments, people are there to just “do their jobs” and nothing more. How often does one hear at a work place, “Oh, that’s not my job, so-and-so should do it.”
What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?
Being offered the opportunity to join Compass, was an opportunity of a life time. I successfully sold three retail condos, 262-272 Mott St., for a just under $3,000 per s/f, in my first six months of my investment sales’ career.
Who or what do you attribute to your success?
Nothing can replace hard work when it comes to success. I take the time to really evaluate and develop each case I negotiate to show maximum results for our clients. I am also lucky to have partners and staff with that same work ethic.
