In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? I coordinated the closing of an approximately $18 million loan involving sixteen mortgages across properties located in four states and we closed within seventeen days of loan approval.
In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? I am currently working on an interesting upgrade of approximately 60 terraces at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. Design revisions at this prominent historical complex required the Landmarks Preservation
In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? In April 2022, selected by JPI Companies to be their insurance broker. Since founding, JPI has acquired and developed over 350 projects in more than 140 cities covering 27 states and Canada
What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry? I have two pieces of advice. First, show up in person. The commercial real estate industry is fueled by relationships. While a hybrid work environment may be convenient, it cannot replace face to face interaction and the connections and learning that occurs when you are with your team in person.

In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? Helping my clients fill vacancies no matter where the property was located or how challenging the market was. I was able to maximize client’s media spend by working harder and thinking outside of the box.
In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? Two of my ongoing projects for MTA/NYCT subway stations in Manhattan are particularly rewarding: the $75 million Grand Central Subway Station’s mezzanine improvements and escalator replacements
